I bought three of these batteries. The first one died within a month. After one month of use, the second one is still working, if you consider needing to be recharged all the time as "working." Good thing I use my phone very little. Next time, I will buy a better battery replacement. Maybe you really do get what you pay for, at least in this case.

Great customer service! The first battery that came was bad and I never expected to get a replacement or a refund. However, they did send a replacement and it has worked better than the original battery ever did even when it was new.

So, my mom dropped her LG phone in a sink full of water...and her phone managed to scrape through the incident...sort of. Once dry, the phone powered up and she used it and the battery drained within minutes. My dad had the same phone so she put his battery in the phone and it did the same. When my dad put the battery back in his phone, it wouldn't hold a charge anymore. The Verizon store said that they didn't have replacement batteries to sell them, so my parents asked me to help them find one. I tried ordering this battery and it works great in my dad's phone. Holds a charge better than his original. Didn't try it in my mother's phone though. (I assume it'd kill this battery too.)
