 Super exciting but short lived Mar 28, 2010
I was so happy to get this battery in, because my old one wasn't even lasting a day when I didn't talk on it. It started out only needing to be charged every other day, and over the past 3 months has started needing charging nightly. Today, about 3 months after purchasing it, in spite of having been charged last night and only being used for 3 short phone calls, it started dying.
Are these refurbished or just old batteries?? It was a cheap quick fix, but now it's time to go to Verizon and buy one that'll last.

I thought being an OEM battery this would be better than the cheaper ones. I was wrong. After letting the battery discharge completely when I received it, I charged it for an entire weekend. even though the charge showed full charge it died in the middle of a business conversation. It didn't even blink or give any kind of warning before just shutting off the phone. Thinking it might have just been a glitch of some sort, I put it on my car charger for 5 hours while I used my employee's phone. After 3 minutes of use the same thing happenned. Obviously a defective battery. Since my time to a UPS store or USPS is more valuable than the ten bucks I wasted, I guess I'll just toss the thing in the garbage and order a cheap one instead.

The battery is perfect for the original version of the LG Voyager. My original battery wasn't holding a charge and this is as good as new. Holds a charge for a few days.

This just what I needed, after over a year on the original battery. With the phones capability, a new battery was needed. Just as expected.

As advertised and delivered promptly; this battery appears to be as good as the original. I have purchased (for other phones) after market battery and they have never been as good as the original---some haven't fit right and some haven't held charges long. OEM seems to be the way to go.
