i haven't used them yet but I'm sure they'll serve their purpose
i bought two of these for less then the price of one "name brand" one that only guaranteed 12 hours of use. so even if i only get 5 hours of use out of each one its still the best deal i could find. and five hours isn't very long so I'm sure they'll last longer then that
as the 3 star review said they don't come with any caps. this is true but for me it wasn't an issue. the flashlight i bought them for came with one 6-volt with two caps so i just used those

Not just a battery Dec 14, 2011

Nobody just buys a battery. A battery in and of itself has no real benefit to the owner. However, this particular battery serves an important purpose. You see, I purchased this odd shaped flashlight about a year ago. It was large and square and it came complete with its own power source. It was cheap and looked like a good deal at the time. Eventually however my grandkids used up the power source and the flashlight emitted such a weak beam that even the most acute nocturnal vision could not prevail. I tried my AAA, D, C batteries and, as my luck would have it, they would'nt work. So with positive expectantcy I reached out to the Amazonian phenomenon that so often came to my rescue. I clicked on the product you see here and within a few short days saw my brown truck representative carrying a small parcel to my doorstep. After finding the correct opening device I found 'Ray' waiting to serve my illumination needs. (I use his nickname 'Ray' in the hope I am not being overly familiar). Upon installing 'Ray' into my flashlight, it exploded into a darkness piercing miracle that can only occur in a country such as ours. My only pause is just a little confusion regarding the name of my purchase, "Ray-o-vac". I get the ray part, inasmuch as it does help produce a bright 'ray' of light. But the vac part leaves me confused. The reason for this is that my recent Eureka purchase satisfied my 'vac' needs and this big square battery does not fit into any vacuum device that I am aware of. Regardless I give my purchase a 10 out of 10.
