I purchased this battery to save money (cheaper than going to the Verizon store.) It is the correct battery model number for the phone I own, but when installed into my phone, I received a msg. stating that the battery was not the correct battery....and that the phone would not support this battery. The only difference in my original battery and the one I ordered was the battery color. Should work I would think, but does not.
I kept the battery rather than sending it back as it would cost me more to return it than I paid for it.
I would not recommend purchasing one.

The product was fine, price was fine, shipping was sure and swift, but the e-mail support was downright hostile! A simply stated inquiry was dodged and replied to in vague terms. Responding to that and pointing out the simple question had not been addressed, I received a reply to the effect of why don't I shove it! I will shove this vendor in the future.

I ordered this battery because I have an older phone and didn't know how much longer I was going to keep it. So I didn't want to invest full price in a new battery. It appears to be the right battery but will not hold a charge more than ONE day, even if I don't make many calls. I suspect this has been recycled and the distributor simply sends them back out at a cheap price. This is the only product I have ever purchased through Amazon in which I have been seriously disappointed. If I could rate this less than 1 star, I would.

I purchased this because my battery was only lasting about 2 days, but when my phone was new the battery lasted at least 7 days. This new one only lasts about 4 days, and same for the one I bought for my wife's phone. It seems to me they aren't really new, but maybe recycled. What to you expect for $5?

Verizon discontinued support for the Knack, but I still needed a battery. This seller had it at my door quickly and for a good price. The battery was exactly what was described in the ad.
